Refund Policy
At Podiatry on Wheels, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate foot and ankle care. We understand that plans may change, and our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent for all patients.
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
Patients who cancel or reschedule more than three times may not be eligible for further visits, as consistent cancellations disrupt care and scheduling.
Refunds
Self-pay patients who cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund if payment was made in advance.
If Podiatry on Wheels cancels your visit for any reason and you've prepaid, you may choose between a full refund or applying the payment to a rescheduled appointment.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided.
Packages
If you’ve purchased an annual or multi-visit package and choose to discontinue care after some visits, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused visits.
An administrative fee may apply to cover processing and scheduling costs.
