  • Refund Policy

At Podiatry on Wheels, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate foot and ankle care. We understand that plans may change, and our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent for all patients.

    Cancellations

    • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

    • Patients who cancel or reschedule more than three times may not be eligible for further visits, as consistent cancellations disrupt care and scheduling.

    Refunds

    • Self-pay patients who cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund if payment was made in advance.

    • If Podiatry on Wheels cancels your visit for any reason and you've prepaid, you may choose between a full refund or applying the payment to a rescheduled appointment.

    • Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided.

    Packages

    • If you’ve purchased an annual or multi-visit package and choose to discontinue care after some visits, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused visits.

    • An administrative fee may apply to cover processing and scheduling costs.
