Podiatry on Wheels provides foot and ankle medical care through house call visits by licensed podiatrists. All services are intended to be used for lawful, medical purposes only and are subject to patient eligibility, clinical judgment, and provider availability.

• Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals located within our service areas. You must be at least 18 years of age or be represented by a legal guardian or caregiver to receive services.

• Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or through our online submission form.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Patients who cancel three or more times may not be eligible for future appointments.

• Payments and Insurance

We accept Medicare, secondary insurance plans, and self-pay patients.

• Self-pay patients must pay at the time of service.

• A clear breakdown of costs is available upon request or on our [Self-Pay Pricing Page].

• Services not covered by insurance are the patient's responsibility.
  

• Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We will never share your data without your consent, except as required by law or for medical purposes.

• Refund Policy

Refunds are issued per our [Refund Policy]. In general, services already rendered are non-refundable. Advance payments for canceled appointments may be refunded if canceled within the allowed time frame.

Podiatry on Wheels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. All care is provided based on clinical assessment by a licensed podiatrist and outcomes may vary by individual.
